Payment

The following payment methods are available on our website:

• Bank Transfer
  You transfer the amount invoiced to our account in advance.
  INFO: Please note, your order will only be produced after we have received the money. In general, the bank transfer time differs between 1 and 3 days. The delivery period extends according to it.
• PayPal
  You transfer the amount invoiced via PayPal directly after the order has been placed.
• Credit Card
  Visa or MasterCard: You can pay simply and safely by credit card.
• Cash on Delivery
  The Amount invoiced will be due at time of delivery.
  INFO: Please note, in the case of cash on delivery additional fees arise (6,00 Euro C.O.D. charge plus 2,00 Euro Deutsche Post service fee) which are charged to the customer by the supplier upon delivery of the goods.

Please note that our delivery partners cannot supply any packing stations.


* When ordering from the USA custom charges might occur which refer percentage to the merchandise value and might differ depending on the import state.

For multiple orders at the same time shipping costs will be calculated only once.
Only the price of the highest chosen product category will be calculated once.

Shipping time

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days within Germany.

Please note that orders with payment type "bank transfer" and "PayPal" can only be produced after the amount invoiced has been transfered to our account.

In order to guarantee a fast and safe delivery, please make that you have provided the following information:

• Prepaid by bak transfer: the order numner stated as reason of payment on your remittance slip
• Correct email, delivery and billing address

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the shipping time.
