We′re convinced about the quality of our design foils. For us it is of great interest that you are 100% satisfied with your DesignSkin - just as thousands of other satisfied customers already are. Our products are custom-fit which means that every customer gets exactly the skin he or she wishes for. The quality of our DesignSkins® is also confirmed by our renowned international business customers and partners.
In case you are, nevertheless, dissatisfied with your skin, give us a note. We will send you a new skin or refund your money. Just as you like. We′re taking your criticisms and suggestions very seriously and use the information to constantly improve our service.
Please note that customized skins for furniture, boards and cars are excluded from this regulation because of their special manufacturing.
